Over on psycobike, they have a members only forum, while its pimarily used for porn on that site,we could still have the same no porn (nudity) rule , but we could have some serious smack talk or whatever and its a good way to generate income for the board.What say Cap? Cache? Kinda like a legal place on the board to say what you really feel when phantom12 posts up or you got dragged at the track and you want to really vent.Fred charges $20 for membership which I did,it gets fairly entertaining over there sometimes.

see what I mean? I think the ikon board software will allow something like a password protected forum,just to keep eyes that are too young and to make parents comfortable about kids cruising the board. Its just an idea,to generate income for the maintenance of the board.On psycobike, you cant even see the forum listed unless youre a holeshot member.I thought it was a cool idea.NJ.

Part of the reason for the success of this board is that everything is open. Rants, raves, applause, questions and answers.

Everything is searchable by newbies and there is truly a community. Having a private forum creates the "haves" v. "have-nots" and lots of good information wouldn't be available to everyone.

I've donated, others should donate too. I've easily saved more $$ than I've contributed as have most others.

If you want to curse just go get stuck behind a ZX-12 in traffic with a cop right behind you.
