Jumping Timing

I run a Gen I busa dragster in my local bracket races around SoCal. The car runs in the high 9's NA on pump gas. I run an MSD SB6 box to manage launches and shifting.

I observed on the SB6's DA that the timing was jumping back and forth from 24 degrees to 41 degrees. Has anyone seen a Hayabusa do that?

Jumping 20 degrees in timing rapidly with be very noticeable on the butt dyno. I think the gen 1 sees 28-32 degrees of timing in the wot columns. So with that said seems like the sb6 is reading off all together.

I wonder if that's why MSD quit making them? I haven't been able to find an SB-6 for a Gen2 busa since 2015. I heard it was a good piece and if you don't have a flash, it's what you need if you have Bazzaz fuel management.
