Is there somebody that repairs Frame Covers?

See attached pic of where my frame cover connects. The boss has cracked between the beetle bag and the frame cover. I hate to buy a new one and repaint but will if I have too.

My suggestion: pay your local auto collision/repair shop and see if they can fix it.
