Is the high beam bulb universal?

This might be a dumb question, worth asking.

Is the high beam bulb a univesal one I can just go to local autoparts store and get? Seems kind of dumb to hop on BikeBandit and pay full retail for oem bulb if it's the same.

Anybody know?

Wally World has them. I have a set of stockers and your in luck if you want them. Going to Post Office tomorrow.

Suzuki calls them HB3.. everyone else calls them 9005... available most anywhere

H7 Gen 1, and yes.. just about anywhere has 'em, sir.

yes but you have to "pry" the adapter off the back of the bulb.. (H7 bulb)

the adapter pushes on to bulb and then electrical connector on to the adapter.. (I can get a picture of it tonight if you need it)
