Insurance in CT?

I recently moved to CT and am looking for a used Hayabusa. The problem is the insurance is so damned expensing here. I was quoted $4000 a year for a 99 'busa from progressive insurance. The same bike in Massachusetts costs $850 a year. I've been reading some of your posts and noticed that some of you are from CT. I was wondering what you guys pay for insurance and where you got your it from. Thanks..
