In the past couple months I've come across some threads I intended to respond to but there is nowhere to respond. There's a link to click to respond but then I can't respond there either. Today I noticed this message on one such thread:

Are new members not setting their preferences correctly or is it that they already have ignored me before their first post?

The last one I did reply by PM. I also suggested he check his settings. I didn't know Got-Busa is a mod. So @Got-Busa? or @captain what's up with this?
