So Ive tried the normal contact them options. They dont have a way to phone them either. I ordered a product and was notified its delayed with no explanation other than it isnt in their warehouse yet. Had est ship date of two days ago and just got the notice this morning. I know theres a time difference of 13 hours. Does anyone know a better way to figure out whats up with this order? They do not respond quickly at all. It was not a cheap order either. Are they good or should I put a block on payment through my CC? Im very concerned when it comes to overseas stuff but that was the only way I could get this part.
