Sounds heavy.Sometimes combining the two works for me. Get drunk and shoot stuff to bits in the driveway.

hookah and good buddies. actually, lately, a nice run and some yoga has helped me decompress after a rough day. i know it sounds weird, but the yoga actually helps. you have to focus so much on the positions and movement that you forget what you were pissed about. i suppose the same could be said about sex
