I finally talked myself into pressing the checkout button on the helmet. It came in the mail today and I absolutely LOVE it! Hope business does well and I can get a nice riding jacket and boots to match it. I'm not much into matching helmets with bikes but this helmet sets the bike apart, just like those luimoto seat covers. I left work as soon as I got the email that delivery had reached my house. Now if only we could get some riding weather I could get to enjoy some of my recent purchases

Ludicrous- I will definitely be getting the wifey one soon. I was thinking of getting the tinted shield, how do you like it and do you swap back to clear for night riding?

#1busa- I do have a jacket but its a textile joe rockets jacket, I want to buy a nice leather one...I'm a taller guy and I kind of want to buy a 2-piece suit but don't know anyone that makes them custom in my area :banghead: I'll post a pic of what I have now and the best jacket I've seen so far.

Cheferman- I have not received them yet but the wife did mention a small package came yesterday but I didn't get a chance to check it out. It's either the washers or someone sending me a couple bands of $100 dollar bills  ill take either one. I appreciate you for sending those!

Raceworx- I got it from oneida suzuki's website. They sell them on eBay but they are 50 bucks more. I've heard some bad things about purchasing from them but I had a good experience so just keep caution. I know they don't accept any returns or exchanges on safety gear. The helmet is a shoei rf-1000 for reference on size. I used the size chart from shoei and used the hat size reference and it was perfect. I wear a 7 3/8 which was a large in those helmets and it fits super snug but will loosen up a little with time. Any help needed, let me know  I love the helmet!!

excuse the fact that i took the pic in the bathroom mirror like a teenage girl lmao only pic I had in my phone.

And if someone owns the jacket that I want to buy, let me have some feedback. It would be much appreciated!!!

Since when did the Hayabusa become the new Harley Davidson? I'm sorry, but I'd rather spend money on my bike than gear specifically painted for it. Just saying, yes, I have GREAT gear. DOT/Snell approved helmet, ICON jacket, Kevlar pants, steel toe riding boots, kevlar gloves. None of which have the kanji on it. Except my leather wallet. My wallet is now lazer etched with a hatchetman with a Kanji in the hatchet. I did that!

Mlsduke- I would completely agree with you if this was riding season but I'm so bored by staring at the bike in the house that I had to do something or I'd lose my mind lol and I usually would agree with matching gear with bikes and stuff but this is the best looking helmet I've seen and I'm a fan of the rf-1000 so why not get the matching helmet. And to help my case, I've been doing mods and things to the bike as well so it's not feeling left out :laugh::laugh:

nice :beerchug: tinted visor is the only way to go for riding during the day! if i am going to be out after dark, i carry my clear visor if i have a tank bag on the bike...if i'm close to home and have my helmet on, i just flip up the tinted visor and wear a pair of safety glasses that i keep under the hump for when i get caught out after dark

Thanks everyone! Glad i took everyones advice, the tinted shields make a world of difference! glad i got them now so i am prepared for the warm weather, whenever that is

I got a little package in the mail today....now I have a clear, light smoke, and reflective blue aka spectra blue...I didn't know how the blue would look but it's perfect so I think that's my primary choice for day riding because its the darkest tint out of all three, if I'm riding aggresive then ill put on the light smoke because I can see easier but still block direct sunlight, and the clear is for night riding....looks like a trunk mod is next so I can carry them with me

Pm me for price on your jacket, I need a good leather jacket and can't seem to find one for a decent price....
