I liked the movie, but wow, that scene really made me uncomfortable..more disturbing than the blood-thirsty zombies.

Speaking of which, how come there are never any vegetarian zombies?
Duh!

Because vegetables can't run!!

awww nice doggie nice doggie

what a pretty coat that dog has...
Thanks- I think he should be in a commercial for Nutro Large Breed Puppy food- it's $40 a 40 lb. bag every three weeks but a great investment for a large (actually oversized for a Dobie!) breed that has the possibility of joint problems later in life. Much cheaper than later vet bills and heartbreak...

Here's a daylight pic...

Charles,  you are a real softy bro.  No dogs were harmed in the filming of this movie.  It's just movie magic.
You guys have some seriously photogenic pups there.

Yeah, they just portrayed it so well. First they showed all the great qualities of shepherds, the dedication and loyalty. Then the results of a dog willing to protect at its own expense,

The movie magic was very convincing

They could viciously attack hedges and stuff. And fight amongst themselves for berries.

P.S.- Hey, you are a breeder, aren't you? Of Dobermans I mean...

Do you know of any of the giant or Warlock breeders? I understand they inbreed quite a bit for the size, I wonder if any would want a "wild gene" giant like mine for stud duty to broaden the gene pool? He went from 0-96 lbs in ten months, with 8 months of growth left to go...
