It's never that simple, when you stretch it you will usually have to get a new shock or upgrade it. They sale extension kits for cheap. I haven't herd of anyone doing the 180 to 240 swingarm stretch," not saying it can't be done" just never herd of it. You will also have to mod your frame to stop chain slap, ezz pezz. I got my 240 kit used and the guy who I got it from had a roaringtoys swingarm.

It's not as simple as it sounds. You actually have to buy an aftermarket swing arm made to run a 240 tire. You'll also have to run an offset front sprocket, and have to shave the inside of the frame for the chain to clear the frame. Gonna costa ya some money.

There are many companies that sell "kits" for a stock look rear wheel 240 set up. Roaring toyz, myrtle west, tricked out cycles, all things chrome, etc etc etc the list goes on. DO NOT BUY A CHEAP SET UP!!!! They are cheap for a reason! Spend the money and buy a quality kit. I believe ctmyers has a 240 kit for sale.... https://www.hayabusa.org/forum/prod...yz-chrome-swingarm-kit-carrozeria-wheels.html
