Low side 3 times. All left hand turns. all different bikes. 2 over 80mph and 1 over 120mph. Totaled each. Cause=Black ice EACH TIME. Walked away got lucky. OR CHARMED

started ridein the street in 79 I had a yamaha RD 400 and one day i thought i would show off a little when i left my friends house i was going about 60mph or so, missed my turn and as started to leave the road i went right between a parked car and a tree, how i missed em was just luck and somehow i landed on the grass of the front yard of another friends house the bike never even hit the pavement, just slide across thier yard and tore it all up picked the bike up and pulled the grass off it and slowed down

gravel got me once to.... lots of close calls since then but no crashes

Once back in '76 and I hope it never happens again. I never want another case of the road rash like the one I had from that incident.

Once on the Busa and 3 in a cage and got paid for all except the busa guy that cut me off never stopped isnt that the way it goes when we take to the rode on 2 wheels

1-CAR PULLED OUT OF SIDE STREET IN FROUNT OF ME.I WAS GOING ABOUT 45 WHEN I HIT HER DOOR AND WENT OVER THE HANDLEBARS,FLEW IN THE AIR ABOUT 30 FEET THEN ROLLED FOR LIKE ANOTHER 50.MESSED UP BOTH KNEES WHEN I CLIPPED THEM ON THE BARS(BENT THEM BACKWARDS)TORE MY ACL IN BOTH KNEES REQUIRING SURGERY.NOT MUCH ROAD RASH CAUSE I ROLLED AND DIDN'T SLIDE.

riding all sorts of machines 35 years, on the street 28.. so I'll leave out the dirt crashes (too many) the quad crashes , the jet-ski crashes, and the snowmobile crashes... that leaves.. hmmm.. where do I start??!.. got hit from behind by a Dodge Polara when on my 76 GT380,quite a ride,didn't get hurt. Goober flipped the same GT when I hooked a solid footpeg on a manhole cover.. fast forward a few years to 83 GS1100,ran off the road onto the grass at about 60.. me and the bike sliding along forever(me never having let go) didn't get hurt.. tucked the front end in some gravel a few years later, wonked my skull (ruining a new Simpson 62 in the process)forgot how to walk for awhile, had a headache for 3 months! WEAR YOUR HELMET!!!!! that was 1986... haven't been down on the street since.. that's ok. Still jump off the RM250 now and again. Haven't crashed the 'busa or the DR650 yet.

Been down twice on tha Busa-first time was three mos. after I bought it, over-ridn thru some twisties tryin to play MotoGP with a bud on a '05 GSXR600...caught some gravel with the rear tire in a left hander, straightend the bike upright to keep from high-sidn but slid into curb parallel n flipped off the Busa sideways (Jackie Chan-style, my bud said I spun like three times before I finally hit the ground n rolled), then rolled bout 100' (hit the curb at 50+mph) luckily Busa just lost a windscreen n gaind some beauty-marks. that was in Aug. 2005

second time i came off tha Busa i had the wife with me and i twelve'd the bike off a red light, trying to race a AMG Eclass like an idiot (but, to my credit-tha wife TOLD me ta race'em). We both had on jackets/gloves, but NO LIDS! DUMBEST THING EVER, PEOPLE!  luckily we werent badly injured, n now I have a constant reminder to ride SAFE every time i look down

f you count fall overs i just crashed my trak bike. It fell over in my truck.
