How about an FAQ thread...

My next mods will be bolt on cans and slammin' er. Well, not exactly slammin', but... anyway.

I want to drop about an inch in the front and 1 to 2 inches in the back. Seems this is a fairly popular mod for busa owners so how about a thread in the FAQ forum on what to use, how to do it, etc...? Help a rookie out!  

The back seems easy enough using links. The front is a bit more intimidating for me. Is droppin' the front something for a DIY mechanic, or no? I ain't afraid to take 'er apart but I'd like to know a little more about what is involved before I do it. Just don't want to get in over my head or mess my bike up.

Have ya dug around and PM'd the people who HAVE lowered the busa?

I used dog bones for a 2" drop in the rear and a triple tree, for a 1" drop in the front. I'm 5'11", 215 LBS .... rides good, very little to no rubbing on the inside of my undertail kit.
