House Health Care Bill

I hate posting this, but this is driving me crazy.

I can not believe that any one of my elected officials understands what is in this 2074 page bill. Who wrote this document, I don't feel it was an elected offical. The House passed it and the Senate is working on their version. Since the government can not give anything that it does not take from someone else, I would think everyone should at least read over this.

With the current state of our economy, why is our government working so hard to pass this legislation...I don't understand.

Because it's not really about health care...it's about gov't control.

When the Republicans had both houses and the Presidency the Dems screamed
about bi-partisonship. They even threated TO SHUT GOVT' DOWN if the
republicans didn't listen. They can't even vote on the issue or let govt' function,
it's about not being in control, like little children holding their breath.

Now that the pendulum has swung, the Dems are on the fast track attacking
on all sides, ramming everything down everyones throat regardless of what
the public want. Now their definition of Bi-partisonship is "we're going to do
it anyway, so either shut up or get on our side". They seem to feel that winning
an election is confirmation of EVERYTHING and every whim they want to do
regardless of the public opinion. They are in SEIZING POWER mode.

I heard today (Glenn Beck) that Hilary care only had a 36% approval rate and
congress went running from it. Obama care only has a 35% approval rate and
they want to shove it down everyones throat.

Factor in states like Kalifornia, going broke superfast (heck gone broke by BILLIONS)
with more social bs programs than you can shake a stick at. 2 things to note...
1-The federal govt' will step in and print billions more money (further lowering
the value of our dollar) and bailout Kali, also assuming virtual control of said state.
And they will be happy to do this for each and every state as our economy
contiues to collapse. CAN YOU NOT SEE THE SOCIALISM COMMING and
FREEDOMS GOING.
2-If the socialist progams of Kali are not sustainable at a state level,
why use that state as a prototype for the entire coutry?? WTF...??? That would
seem to be common sense. Unless of course...prosparity is not their AGENDA.
United World Order...think about it. No better yet, SCREAM ABOUT IT.

This bill will not get passed anytime soon. Not this year, maybe not next year, there is too much resentment for this administration to pass anything. Obamas ratings are down to 41% and he is afraid to make a decision on anything.

On another note, I was informed last night that the Cap and Trade bill contains language stating that your home must be liscensed. Yes, just like a car. To qualify for the liscense, you must pass an energy qualification test. If you want to sell it, it must pass an EPA test and have a liscense to sell it. This will cost the homeowner thousands th qualify for the sale. Another piece of language....the sales price of a home will be determined by your income. If you have a high income, the less the property will be worth. This is so people who cannot afford a home will qualify. Can you say Income Re-distribution?

That's because the current Govt, doesn't want you to own property. They want
to make land ownership a near impossibility...why? SO THEY CAN OWN IT and
put who they want in it. How do you think they are going to get any bank bailout
money back and why do you think they loaned it to them AGAINST 85% of the
Americans wishes.

That's what I was talking about loosing freedoms on the other pol. thread we
had going. This is blantant redisibution and unlawfull govt' control yet people
make excuse or refuse to see it.

I disagree on the healthcare bill though...these idiots will pass it, I wont speculate
as to when (unless we can...persuade them otherwise in time).

Obama has an Agenda people, it's got nothing to do with the constitution
and we better clear out the pink happy skys, open our eyes, and wake the heck up.

Unfortunately the "backlash" will probably in all reality be the end of the
United States of America as we know it. By then it will be too late.

I kid you not, I was awake this morning around 5:00 am thinking about this. How do I get someone to answer, "Why are you pushing this bill so hard when I never heard anyone screaming we need health care reform?" I do agree it is important, but the House and Senate have this as number one when we have 10 % unemployment. California is a model of what these guys are pushing and they are completely broke. HOW is this getting through congress?
