HIDs have a flicker

I JUST put on HIDs for high and low beams, when the bike isn't started but I have the key turned they work perfectly... but once I turn it on they have a very small flicker. Probably not enough to even worry about but it has me wondering why would it do that, is that normal?

I just had mine put in and I haven't noticed that but I think I will go take a look and get back to you... That was a great mothers day present....

Lol yah that would be a hell of a mothersday. They are soooo bright. I love it.
