The only thing I did different was to mount the igniter slightly different. It is in the same general location, but I drilled the headlight assembly right behind the locator pin and used a wire tie to secure it.
The only complaint I had was it seemed to attract more bugs tonight. I rode it about 375 miles today. About an hour of it just after dusk was the worst bugs I've seen in 5 years. They must have thought the sun was coming back up.
If I started over again, it would be my first mod.
I think I'm going to convert my truck next.
