i have been super busy i am not a one hit wonder lol
we have just been doing preps to get ready to come home
and plus i have been doing my thing
so here is my latest update for you guys on
my self
I am up to 60lb lose.
I took my pt test and
i ran a 14min 2 min (but I was screwed cause they told me after i did pt prior but my last run before that was a 13:18)
and i did 50 push-up and 60 situps in 2mins but I havent been working on that.
I have just been doing cardio www.coolrunning.com is a good website
but i started my weight loss in july which i started at 260lbs and now i weight 198lbs..
but now everybody tells me i am not going to be able to handle my busa lmao
ALSO DEC 4 was my 21st birthday... yay for me So my wife got me a jack daniels set for when i get home, since he is my best friend lol

yea it wasnt easy but as we talked before you know they dont serve anything thats healthy sometimes you have to second guess the salad lmao.. i will tell you wat tripped me out I got my 4day pass to qatar and ate everything in sight even at chilies haha yum good but i tell you what i lose 5lbs just being there and i ate like 10times a day lmao
