Here’s a fun one, “SD?” FI and CEL on the dash.

So did a bunch of riding today. And after a few key cycles my dash light up more than it already was. This was my first real outing since getting my bike back from suspension so I figured something may pop up.
Went into dealer mode and pulled
C1732
C1782
P2158

Bike has the rear brake deleted and from what I can see, the codes are all related to the rear brake.

But “SD?” That appears to be steering damper, and the bars do seem lighter which is a bit worrisome. I rode the bike around the block this morning in mode A instead of U1 and it fucked the pcm off for lift control/cruise control/abs etc. switched it back into U1 and at least everything ran normal.


Soooo anyone dealt with this before? I have the neg terminal unplugged and will set it up tomorrow and not move it before I have the driver aids turned off. Hopefully it’s just that?

Okay a little more reading and I’ve realized I unplugged the wrong harness initially and my problems are being caused by my lack of rear wheel speed sensor.

Seems like @smithabusa would be your best bet with this one. I also know Chris Moore is a big fan of rear brake delete so he may be of use troubleshooting (www.mooremafia.com)

If you have the woolich log box you can plug into it to get a description of each code and allow you to clear them.

I got it figured out this morning. I unplugged something I shouldn’t have, plugged it back in and we’re golden.
