Help required

Hi there; I'm new to this great site and would appreciate your help with my busa problem.
I've have had my head ported; air box mod; power commander fitted and vance & hines exhaust full exhaust fitted. Reading on Dynojet 150 dyno is 187hp. My problem :
- Hesitation on low revs (2-3000 rpm);
- backfire; abnormal knocking at idling. Once you are going;-the motor responds very well. Can anybody assist me?

Now are u talking about 187 rear wheel? If you are you are not telling us something. Did you block off the hose on the air box,on #4 side? Did you take the actuator out(flap valve control). If so did you plug that little hose that came out of it?
