Help Rear Running, Brake,and Turn Signal Lights Looking For Leds

I have a 99 with ab 08 tail from catalyst tail signals not cut out. I want to make the signals just an arrow
and tail light and brake light just a V. What i need is led boards i can put under carbon fiber or on the in side to show through [cut out arrows V] put in lens, paint over lens make so you do not see or feel anything.So i think i will need the boards to 5 long by 1&1/2 wide for the turn sigs and 5 or 6 inches long for the running & brake light. can any body help please or call me 774 328 2265 and thanks
