Help i need a chain and sprocket!!

i was hoping you guys could help me. i need a new chain and sprockets for my 05 busa. i have called around and have got ten different answers . the questions i have is 1) how many teeth on the stock sprockets . 17-40 i think. 2) how many links do i need. 3)what kind and size of chain do i want? and 4) what is an x chain? is it better than an o ring chain? thanks guys. oh and also anyone know where the best price is? thanks everyone.

EK ZZZ 530 chain = X chain, I think it is better
