For those who choose to wear a helmet, please get one that properly fits. Another tread got me thinking about this a lot today. (Heal fast Willie)
It's not only important to wear a comfortable helmet, but a correct fitting one. A great fitting helmet will comfortable all day. If you choose not to wear one it will be almost as good as wearing a poorly fitting helmet.
If you can strap your helmet on and it has enough movement to move around more than a few millimeters, it's too big. Go the next size smaller. You should not be able to pull the helmet over your head. If you can roll the helmet over until is completely cover you brow, you need a smaller helmet.
