Just like @rubbersidedown mentioned stay with the stock sizes, Suzuki did a lot of R&D to ensure these size tires worked well.

All that being said-definitely get new tires on it before riding-it would suck to drop it.

Sheer madness, and you are now part of it.
:welcome:
I have had Dunlop Q3+ for years over multiple bikes incl Busa
but I am now running Mich Road 5 front n back
cuz I tour more than I lean ... that's why ... but only by a small margin
Good Luck with all the Mods! (GLM)

Stick with the 190 but switch to a 55 profile instead of the 50... Suzuki did R&D, yes, but the 50 was all that was available back in the mid-90's when the 'Busa was being developed. Changing to a 190/55 sharpens the steering and makes the bike lighter on its feet. Another good upgrade is a set of jack-up dogbones ( I bought Lust Racing ones for my '05) as the big bus is a real arse-dragger stock. Both these mods will make for a sportier ride, however they will also put the sidestand at such an upright angle that the bike will likely fall over.... a lot. Before anything else, search for Hayabusa Side Stand Mod and do that to yours if it hasn't been done already.
