fixing the tranny on my 08....would i need a head gasket?....changing the output shaft, shift forks, selector drum, bearing....???

the dealer got all my parts together to fix my tranny problem...my mech is advising i change the gaskets....problem is my mech is not sure if i'll need a head gasket...can anybody advise?

time for a new mech it has nothing to do with the tranny

You will need the following
stator cover
Bothe starter covers
clutch cover
clutch push rod seal
tranny output seal
tube of suzuki bond for the case half's

as they said no need to pull the head off, you will need the lower end gaskets etc

how did the mechanic come to the conclusion that you might need a head gasket ???

beleive it or not if it is a suzuki dealer they WILL be pulling the head that is what is required from a dealership
check flat rate it is 11 hours or something the same as r/r crankshaft
