Hayabusa getting to 200 mph

Ok here is what is done so far---Yosh single pipe,K&N filter,gipro,power comander III. It is an 06 limited Busa whats next to get to 200 mph?

Nitrous or a turbo + a gear change...you're not gonna see 200mph on a stock motor with a pipe and a PC :whistle:
 
You will need to use a smaller rear sprocket and nitrous to see 200. You can also put a 190/55 rear tire on to give you Busa a bit more top end. With a good tuck and around 180lbs for the rider you will need just over 210HP at the wheel to exceed 200 according to my spreadsheet.

Are you trying to get to 200mph in a specific distance? Is this LSR related or just street antics?

math has been beaten to death

stock 17/40 gearing will slightly break 200 mph (201 in theory)


theory states its requires 175+ rwhp to push a busa to redline in 6th (ie maxing out the gearing)


newer models will need the limiter disabled.
 
just street antics. Have an 06 limited and want to break 200mph just for the I can say I did it point. And not be talking crap.
