Hey guys I'm new on this stuff. I have 06 busa with Yoshimura full system and K&N air filter. I know local guy selling Power Commander III model #312-410. And he said the power commander it has been mapped for yoshimura bolt-on with K&N air filter. Is that mean the power commander not going to work on maximum capability. Am I need do anything else? Thanks...

It doesn't matter how it's mapped. You'll need to re-map it anyway for your particular configuration, even if it's new. That's what a powercommander does. Allows you to adjust fuel maps for whatever setup you have. You can map it as many times as you want. You can download a map for a configuration similar to yours on the powercommander web site but, the best way is to have a custom map made for your bike by a professional tuner on a dyno.
