its kinda funny how people in this room can give all the advice in the world and when u don't agree with them instead of taking it in stride it becomes a debate...the problem with debates is people don't know shyt but what they are told but they still choose to have them...real debates are won with research and experience not bullshyt theories and hot air...ive listened to all the replies and have acted on them and that's what we are here for right...but nobody in here is gettin paid to ride their busas....unless they are running an underground taxi service..which means none of us are "proffesionals"...so let's just stick to the topics and help each other out...otherwise it starts to become a little annoying...

fellaz fuel pump is off..its taking me long cuz I'm working on a honda rr for my neighbor who's in iraq @ the same time whom I've never met. his wife saw my bikes and asked me if I could help with his...(shes cute) couldn't tell her no. so back to busa...fuel pump is out and I don't see a fuel filter...dont really see anything abnormal nor do I know what to look for...bought some carb cleaner to clean fuel filter whenever I find it. also..i threw some ngk iridiums in while I had the airbox up..why not...cleaned the ports where the plugs were..plugs were black..but that wasn't unusual..what u guys think..does pump need to be swapped out..it does make the priming noise when I turn key..where is that fuel filter u was talking about Perry???

Look at the micro for your year bike and see the torn apart peices. It should give you an idea not only how it goes together but what each peice is called.

Checked the fi codes and the code showing is -c00 pump seems to be working changed spark plugs... Something else is causing the issue with the busa...cant figure it out fellaz i think its time to shop it. Just dont want it to be something simple and the shop tells me otherwise....feel me.

Dissconnect the sidestand switch completely, make sure You have all the sensors and hoses on correct, and make sure the gas line isn't kinking on the way down and Your gas cap is venting properly..

could also be a bad ingition if You wheelie alot Ive seen them go bad,,but more of a when I hit a bump type problem..

and Not to stir it up again cause to each His own..I'm no road-racer but I don't use My back brakes either

.....LOL....WHY DID U HAVE TO DO IT....LOL...MAN IM GONNA BACK AWAY FROM THAT ONE...CUZ PERRY THE PLATYPUS (RASHAD) BEEN JUMPIN ALL DOWN MY THROAT ABOUT THEM BACK BRAKES.....LOL...BUT THATS MY BOY...I JUST KNOW HES GONNA RUN WITH ME TO OCEAN CITY BIKE WEEK IN MARYLAND...IM JUST WAITIN FOR HIM TO SAY IT...LOL...CHECK IT OUT THE ONLY THING I SEE THAT MIGHT BE OUT OF PLACE IS THERE ARE 3 OPENINGS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE AIRBOX SAME SIZE 2 HAVE HOSES CONNECTED TO THEM THEY ARE ON THE BACK SIDE AND THERE IS ONE IN THE FRONT. THE ONE IN THE FRON DOESNT HAVE ANYTHING ON IT...IT LOOKS LIKE MAYBE A HOSE COULD CONNECT TO IT OR A CAP...NOTHING IS THERE AND I DONT SEE A HOSE ANYWHERE TO CONNECT. THAT KICKSTAND THING IS STILL POSSIBLE I WAS GONNA JUST SOMEHOW LOCK THAT THING ALL THE WAY IN AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS BUT I REALLY DONT THINK THATS IT...ALL THE WIRES LOOK RIGHT HOSES LOOK RIGHT. IM NOT GONNA LIE..IM FRUSTRATED...CUZ IVE ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO FIGURE SHYT OUT FOR THE MOST PART AND THIS GOT ME STUMPED. THAT FI LIGHT IS COMING ON RIGHT AWAY NOW...AND ITS JUST FLASHING...I RAN THE GHETTO DEALER MODE AND LIKE I SAID IT CAME UP -C00 SO THE ONLYTHING LEFT IS TAKING IT TO THE RAPIST AND BENDING OVER.:moon:

well fellaz i made sure kickstand was pushing piston in...bent the lip of it a little...cleaned fuel pump...changed plugs...changed gas..she fires up strong but when u open up the throttle half way she starts cutting out and choking for gas..it just seems like something with the throttle and fuel system. i think its something simple...but i think im gonna have to put it in shop...any last things before i put her in....lol

bad guess but here goes..

Paint still in the air or air filter somehow.. injector gets some paint.. it dries.. clogged injector enough that when lots of gas is needed, it dont happen...
