Hayabusa bogs down on cold starts

At the moment whenever I start the bike from cold, the engine bogs down for a few seconds before idling as it should do. This only happens on cold starts and is generally worse the colder it is. In the video below you can hear it bog down a couple of times, but I've had instances where it bogs down for a few seconds longer. Any ideas what it could be? The bike runs perfectly fine otherwise.

When were the plugs done? When was the last time the fuel system was serviced and cleaned?

All burning questions when an issue is present....

How cold is it? The oil viscosity is thicker in the cold and it could be causing a lot of internal drag until things free up...

Honestly when it gets cold enough for this to be an issue, my bike is stored for the winter.
