Anybody ever notice their GPS max speed isn't as high as it should be? I have a cheap Magellan - and a few times yesterday I noticed that my instantaneous speed was higher than the top speed the GPS showed. I remember it once saying 162 indicated speed yet my max speed never got over 157. Is this just a Magellan error or do you have to stay at that speed for more than a few seconds for it to register?
