I'm glad to hear all these women are riding Busa's.  My wife is 6' 0" tall and she rode my Busa a few times and now she has her own Busa to ride and everyone looks at me and her like we are nuts because she rides a Busa.  If you respect it and whats around you then hey I'm all for it.  Ride on ladies!!   :super:

Awww, you guys/girls are too nice!!!

Here I am, sorry I haven't been around for a couple of days.  Thank you for the nice things you all said about me...it makes me feel...all warm and fuzzy... lol

Yeah, I'm a newbie to this board but like lobusa said the busa isn't my first bike it's actually my 5th and I only wish I was 6' tall!!  I'm 5'4".  I feel like I've been working up to owning/riding this bike since I started riding 3 years ago.  I've always wanted to own something I knew I'd keep.  Up until this bike it's been all stepping stones.

I live in NJ, in the spring I'll be taking the bike to the dragsrip, the kill switch and straps are patiently waiting, I'd REALLY like to do a track day/class, I live in the leather...road rash sucks and isn't pretty at all... Vanson  :super:, can't say enough about them well worth the $$,  I'm still working on my skill on the busa but I've learned more on this bike in 7 months than I have since I've been riding.

Well, that's me in a nutshell...again thanks for the welcome...

Rhythm...you sly dog!  I wasn't sure which picture you were going to post!  lol

Gonna try and thank all...

Hi Revlis, nice to meet 'ya...got gloves too and an Arai RX-7rr4 lid, endorsement, training but still learning...Thanks 'train for the nice words...BusaboyCo...you think I'm cute? cool thanks...Twisted...never met a bike I didn't flatfoot yet...Lobusa been missin ya, I'll pm ya soon ;), Michelle, missin ya too, I'll pm you...hang tight.

I know I forgot somebody...sorry in advance but thanks, you're great.  I was nervous at first to post anything here because I wasn't sure...bein a girl and all...but it's all good. Actually it's great. I've learned a lot and gained confidence that I can take the fairing off, AND put it back on. lol

FYI - I ordered the lens assembly for the signals and they're goin' in soon!!!!  well, I hope, lol. JK

Bye for now,
Kris

With four inch stellettos on and a rose in your hand you'd be looking right in my eyes!

Well, up a little. I am 6'1".

Edited by Cookie because he was caught flirting and tried to fix it

Rythym could have posted my stilletto picture instead of the leather one but then you probably wouldn't have taken me seriously.

Do she really ride it, or is she just an ornament?

I dont get it? I am 5' 8" I am on my tippie toes on the busa, its worse on the gixxer, never mind on a dirt bike. I feel like a little kid when I come to a stop. 5'4" and your feet are flat footed with a slight bend in the knee? with a seat height of 31.7 you must have like a 32-33" inseam? sheesh if thats so you only have like 31-32" left, you would be comprised mostly of legs? :super:

I don't get it either.  My inseam is 33" but I'm far from all legs  :tounge:   Every bike I've owned I've had a bend in my knee and you're gonna laugh but I said the next bike I own I want to be on the balls of my feet.  I couldn't believe it when my legs were bent on the busa...but I bought it anyway

I just about got both feet down together w/o bending my knees on my friends Kawi 6R and I think that seat height is 32.5.

Definitely makes me feel more in control though.

Have a great day,
Kris
