Gen 1 smoke integrated tail light ISSUE

Anyone have any problems with a few of the LEDs going out in smoke tail light?
If so is there a fix or do I just replace it?

Some are junk and don't last very long, and I have seen them last many years with no problems.
Price and brand don't seem to matter.
You can fix it. Heat the light, gently pry it apart, and solder in new LED's. I'de use a small amount of clear silicone around the edges when reassembling.
Otherwise, just buy a new one.
