Fuzeblocks mounting position

I was wondering if this would be an acceptable place to mount this? I'm no electronic expert but the Fuseblock will be mounted to the ECU with some 3M Dual Lock tabs (these things work great!)

So with the provided mounting/spacer plate and the dual locks it should have a decent amount of space between the CPU and the Fuzeblock...what do you think?
