Car didn't block anybody in the second vid. He just ran up on it and panicked.
Third vid, you can hear the guy on the gas when he goes into the water, spun the tire up and crashed. From what little can be seen of the second bike, it looks like he did the opposite when he seen the other bike go down. Hit the brakes and dumped it front first. Concrete does get slick in shallow crossings like that. There's one at the dirt bike use area here, doesn't take but a little burp of the throttle to spin a knobbie on it.
