Let's see who can predict what this bike's first manufacturing flaw is that requires some correction or replacement of component(s) on a mass scale. (Note: The stubby, vestigial tail is exempt from this survey).

Good luck.

hmmm most of the changes were cosmetic...and the engine isn't that much different....I'd say something in the valvetrain, but that's just a guess, and the most changed area.

how bout the trans shaft twisting , with no upgrades in the oem parts , and the added hp/tourque ,of course this wont be a suzuki problem , this will be rider error ! but what would it cost suzuki to undercut all 08 trans from the factory ? 10 dollars each , probably more like 10 cents a piece . I would have to bet that somthing is goin to give.

Who wants to bet the hp & tq figures are intentionally low to placate the insurance and EPA nazi's??

Cause let's face it, it's what- 15 hp more than the 1000, with 340 more cc's?!?

The only problem there will be will be the same as any other model and that is the constant perma-grin up under the helmet.

It will have a problem for all those zx14 riders which will make them have to mod out their rides on a large scale to keep up.

ZX-14 riders poop their pants when the 08 roars by them.

Busa is recalled for sanitary reasons...

I predict the mode selector

. After the first law suit saying; "I sware I had it in mode C when it went BLAMO and shot off like a rocket. It must have been in A for Accelerate at Warp Speed instead of C for Cruise"

Just something else to fix or go wrong. Like I need one to ride the bike

I'd say it will be a starter/battery issue with the higher cranking compression.

I predict someone will start a thread about dissecting and possible starting rumors about flaws of a new motorcycle 4 to 5 months before it's released to the public.

I agree with GMBusa with possible starter issues and in addition with the stator down low in front of the rear tire may be easily damaged.

I perdict that it will be a battery drain for that HUGE tail light & turn signals or having to change your rear tire every 3000 mile from excessive wear! my .02ct
