Just watched onboard footage of a rider taking a lap of this circuit- looks like 75-80% of the lap is spent in second gear!! Talk about your technical circuit- the only time they're NOT in second is when they're vertical, flat out and accelerating on a straight. The onboard showed a lean graphic of 64 degrees on one of the turns!
Elevation change is also a significant factor- I don't think it's as extreme as Laguna, Ba or Charles or any other track rats out there know the spec on it? Here's a visual-
