Thank for the input ! I warmed it with a torch an tapped a flat head between each groove and pulled it out with a pair of needle nose pliers!! Ty's again !
It's much easier to take the head off and tap them out from the inside. j/k
They do reseal usually, however a $40 set of gasket creates a great deal of peace of mind that you might not have to take that exhaust back off again to seal them up. If you put the same ones back in they will probably crackle a bit until they are heated up and seal. (New ones might do that too, but since new ones have more "crush" to them they seem to seal up much easier and usually right away)
