Really getting sad to see this . The FJR was not my favorite bike ,but it was in my top 3.

the only question the manufacturers have
is the number of sales per year per modell
and if this number is under "a (self chosen) line"
they simply stop the production.

same we have with the hayabusa here in europe.
the little change in the main harness for the special test-coupler which the new exhaust gas law prescribes wouldn´t be very high in costs - i guess.

but
the number of haya-sales in 2015 and 2016 was so low,
and the expected profit (with new harness for laterthan 2016) was probably so small
that Suzuki stopped producing hayabusa for europe.

not so for the us-market - 2018 and 2019 they got new colors and were saled.

mhhhh
do they have 2020 haya - models on your market ?

We can buy a 2020 Hayabusa here in Canada and I believe in the US as well.

I agree, will there be a gen 3?? Only time will tell, Suzuki might build it (if for nothing else) to give them bragging rights of having the fastest bike...

the fastest serial built bike , like in 99 + 00, even a hayabusa with 230 hp or so never will be again.

remember the self control at 298 km/h all over the ball.

even an original ´12 1000 gsxr goes that speed.

they never will build a gen3 - i guess.
