I thought there were planes and other vehicles that could pass a cpu and read it or wipe it out from a high altitude...not to mention a focused beam that would blast a general area to disable military / public systems...I don't think it is anything new just a hot topic...if a group of guys could wipe out the inhabinats of a building and a few moments later occupy it without destroying the vehicles / other goodies inside...seems like a better alternative to fallout
