electrical question

I have a 2009 I put a Bazzaz box on it. I recently bought a street sounds speaker system for it. The question is, would it be ok to run the speaker amp in parallel to the bazzaz box that runs off the diag wire? Included is a copy of the install instuctions. If anyone could help it would be great. Thanks all.

I personally wouldnt connect any part of an amplifier into any type of fuel or ignition controller even more so in a parallel circuit since parallel circuits effect current drop not voltage drop and I think amps pull some current that may interfer with the other controller, why not just use another source for power?

The battery is best.Take it from there and use the stereo to switch the amp on.

That speaker system looks nice and will definately draw some current when on. I would not connect it to the same source as the fuel controller you added. Run a wire to the battery with a relay to turn it on when the bike is switched on. Congrats on the tunes. You should enjoy them when you get them installed.

I got it off the net from www.steetbikesounds.com they will hook you up. they have chrome and black. I am enjoying it so far. thanks for the compliments everyone.
