on sh.org turbo talk there is a pinned topic of turbo install that has most of what you are looking for, but i would maybe shoot bigcc a note and see if they can email you what they distribute.

Thanks for the reply mate, i have tried big cc but they're not interested unless they supply and do the install. ???
