Dumb turbo question

I'm living a vicarious life above 120mph through uponone.com...

Probably a stupid question, but can a bike with CV carbs be turboed, and how difficult is fuel control with turbo/carbs?

not sure about CV carbs but you can get blow through carbs and slap a turbo on something.

dennis the motorhead on sh.org is currently slapping a turbo on a zrx 1200 he just got.

don't know about controlling fuel.... head over to sh.org and ask him. He would know.

More than possible, although there is definitely some science and tuning to it. But persistance and knowledge is all it takes. And it works flawlessly once you get it set up right.

Just installed the lockup clutch on the rat bike last night. Now I can finally run 18psi without the clutch slipping.....not too shabby for pump gas, eh? She's a LOT of fun now

Can't wait til spring comes along....I expect to absolutely slaughter my previous strip times!
