Was it on the freeway or a street? Either case, you might be able to file a claim against the city, county or state. That's where part you part of your DMV registration $$$ not to mention state income tax $$$ is suppose to have gone to. You consulted a lawyer?

The radiator was untouched. My forks and triple clamps did not break or bend during the fall. Neither did the side impact cause any movement.
