Dog Bones!!

Hey guys i was wondering, Seeing as how i have a full machining department at work and can get just about what ever i want made for free. I want to raise the BUSA +1 in the rear and by looking at the stock dog bones how much longer would they actually have to be to raise it up +1 in the rear. if you guys can help me i will have them make me complete new ones out of billet aluminum

I stand to be corrected but I think that 1/2 inch gives approx. 1 and 1/2 inches difference.

You are backwards. Making the dogbones longer lowers the rear. Making them shorter raises the rear.

Just disconnect the links on your bike, jack the rear up an inch and measure....

mine were one bolt hole with about 3/8 of an inch meat between them shorter... I will get a measurement later today for you if I remember.. (putting motor back in today)
