differences between gen 2 years

Hey ive only owned gen 1s. Thinking about picking a wadded up gen 2 off copart.
What changes were made over the years on them? See repair manuals for 08-13
that work for all years ? Or should i pickup 1 that covers all years?
Any particular changes that are not interchangeable with other years part wise?

2008 to 2012 were the same except color (2008 had a regulator/rectifier recall), 2013 got Brembo calipers and ABS.

Somewhere in the later models they changed the fuel pump...

in german language there is a manual for all years ´08-´16 , so incl. abs (part 4E) etc., in ONE book.

so i suppose that should exist also in english .

but for all basics , motor, chassis u also can use the ´08-´12 "part" - those are similar .

All the Gen2's have a stand alone ABS unit.
The ecus are the same with and without ABS.

Do you need a Gen2 ecu?
