I don't remember an election where nobody voted, so your logic is suspect.
That said, I agree about the so called debates. Surely there's better discussions on elementary school playgounds.
Where did you pick up this tidbit?
I never claimed there was an election that no one voted in.
As for the Top Secret clearance basic chain of command, it is not hard to find, and it will take you down the rabbit hole quickly into multiple directions.
I also had a friend with TS clearance, not really a big deal according to him and what he did, even though he purposely left out specific details.
He was in communications in the Marines, and although yes, secret is secret, he said he dealt with codes for times and locations of operations(not something to not be secret), and that he never heard any world changing conspiracy information, lol.
However, he said something very simple and eye opening, that "regardless of clearance or position, if you are not directly tied or assigned to the said TS subject at hand...that you will not be able to follow it anywhere.
That very, very few MOS's will bring you anywhere near anything unknown to you.
That you are brought in on a 'need to know' basis, and told no more and no less."
Another Marine friend of mine(they do not know each other) echoed that statement.
Although he went on to say that, "I'm just a grunt, I know no real secrets, but I can tell you this.
I worked at the Pentagon for 4 years.
Every shift I would go to a special elavator deep inside.
On the elavator was a SEAL, and the buttons were unmarked.
The SEAL on duty would acknowledge my clearance, push a button, and down we went...on a very long ride.
After, I would take the short escorted walk to my duty post, guarding doors, huge steel double doors that were 30' high.
Tractor trailers regularly brough huge covered loads in and out, and the rare time I could sneak a glance inside, there was nothing to see but the huge tunnel."
Take it with a grain of salt, but the point is that Alot goes on that most people will never know about.
Our 'puppet show' government on the surface is no different
