Cut radiator

Im looking to cut my radiator to get my front end lower. Right now my turbo and radiator are in the way so i can only go so low. If i cut the radiator i will be able to lower is another good amount. My question is how is the cooling effected from cutting the radiator? Im looking to cut half the high off. Anyone have any other ideas to get the front lower? This is on an 08 busa with an rcc turbo kit and it has straps.

It's going to lose 50% of its cooling capacity and you will lose the ability to keep the stock fans in place. You have another problem in that its a turbo. Compressing air makes additional heat. My opinion, if you do that it will be nearly 100% a trailer queen.

i knotched mine and have muzzy blades on it. i have no problem with over heating but wanted more room so i istalled front air ride

Notching isnt a bad idea. I need to get a notch up higher more like half way. I wonder how the coolant flow is at the bottom. Thanks for the idea.
