Cush drive rear wheel cheap rubber

Does anyone know where I can get polyurethane spacers for my CUSH DRIVE , it is almost indestructable and the stock rubber is junk ,had these in last bike it came that way and had lots of hard miles on them and were just like new,but I dont know where they came from,any help Please

Looking at the wear that occures to the cush drive. Some abrazion on the sides. A small 1/2" x 1/8" indentation on the top from the sprocket hub. Overall shrinkage from age.
Was thinking of using UHMW plastic shims. To elminate the abrasion on the sides. To distripute the force and wear from the hub on the top.
InterstatePlastics.com sells retail sheets of UHMW plastic 1/16" thickness by the square foot.
 
Thanks for your infro, I said polyurethane but what it was ,like rollers on a boat trailer you can get the black rubber ones or the clear gold type of material this is what my other cush drive had in it the clear gold or yellowish material and it was good stuff but do not have any idea where it came from
