I want to test the ckp sensor due to a starting problem that I have when the Power Commander is hooked up. In the service manual it shows two different specs one is .3v and one is 3v. If I use a digital volt meter to check it what does a good one read? I have a scope that I can use also to test it but I need the right spec.
