Clutch seems stuck. Ideas?

This is a 2000 Hayabusa, 10k miles. No major mods. It's sat on a stand for about 8 months.

I put a new battery in it, drained and replaced the fuel, changed the oil and filter - fired her up. It runs fine. However. The clutch lever has tension, but the bike barely rolls forward in first gear. You need to give it a ton of gas and it goes maybe 10mph.

Stopped, in gear, running with the clutch out, bike does not stall. Any ideas? New clutch time maybe?

Clutch slave cylinder may be stuck (maybe dry socket from sitting). Pull it apart and check for groves, torn o-ring or anything abnormal. Put it back together, bleed the system and top off with fresh fluid.

check the lines. a buddy of mine had the same problem and he thought his clutch was out. turned out the cap was a little loose while it was sitting and there was air in the line. bled the air out and now it runs great.
