clutch pressure plate question

is the stock busa pressure plate, or outer plate with the 6 bolt holes, is it balanced ?
and what is the purpose of the little ridges that come up from the center hole, my guess is added strength. yes im attempting to mod the plate again.

IMHO, I do not think it is balanced. I would have to see or read proof to actually believe it. The pressure plat is cast aluminum, so yes, most of the time they create "ribs" for strength.
Make one outta billet.
